IDES Global - Executive - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
Business Development Executive- Male Candidates- US Shift
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development executive to help us expand our clientele. As a business development executive you will be responsible for sales of company's product and services across international market,
Responsibilities :
1. Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and generating appointment
2. Reaching out to their target audience through cold calling/ E Mail/ LinkedIn to generate leads
3. Collect BI (Business Intelligence) as required.
4. Responsible for qualifying the leads on given criteria and Appointment Generation.
5. Focused on achieving exceeding daily, weekly, monthly targets defined for self and team
6. Be able to tailor pitch the products according to their specifications ensuring successful conversion of sale.
7. Establish sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical and product markets.
8. Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales.
9. Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for company's product & Services
10. Develop and maintain good professional relationship with main accounts and strategic partners of the company.
11. Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all the key business objectives
12. Prepare monthly reports and provide effective recap of previous performance and review same.
Requirements :
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Basic knowledge of lead generation
3. Ready to work in US Shift
4. Proven working experience of working in dedicated sales unit, or a relevant role with Proven sales track record
5. Business Acumen, good conceptual and analytical skills
6. International Market knowledge
7. Time management and planning skills- ability to manage tasks vis-a-vis time in an organized way
8. Strategic price computation & negotiation
9. High energy and drive - ability to sustain oneself in challenging Environment
10. Knack for sales - highly resilient and go-getter
11. Outcome driven - ability to follow through for measurable outcome
12. Self starter - takes initiative and has the ability to take pertinent decisions by himself/herself
13. Post graduate in business management / MBA in Marketing, sales or relevant field
