Sales Person Requirement
One of our portfolio company Buildtraders (www.buildtraders.com) need Sales Person.
Responsibilities:
Identify business opportunities by conducting offline search and identify prospective clients.
Evaluate the need of a customer and pitch him/her the product accordingly
Build long lasting business relationships with a customer.
Achieve sales targets using various sales methods (meetings, door-to-door search, cold calling, presentations, etc)
Schedule sales visits regularly in designated territory and bring maximum sales leads.
Meet personal and team sales targets
Understand customer needs and provide feedback or changes to the process owner.
Maintain and expand client database within the designated territory
Onboard initial supplier base and take care of end to end process for the delivery of materials.
Requirements:
Fluency in Kannada, English. Knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
Must have strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Pay scale:
15-20k per month depending on the candidate.
