Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect, educate, qualify and develop leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate the interest of potential customers.
- Consistently surpass qualified opportunity quotas to ensure revenue objectives.
- Provide ongoing feedback to sales department for continuous process optimization.
- Ability to understand markets and create new ideas to maximize revenue potential.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Visit competitive trade shows & conferences to source new leads, engage and build profile.
- Developing quotes and proposals.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Creating and maintaining quality sales correspondence on a regular basis.
- Servicing and meeting client needs.
Skills Required:
- Good with excels, MIS, number crunching & power point presentation
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field.
- 2-4 years- experience in sales is preferred.
- Networking expert who possesses superb written and oral communication skills
- Confident, dynamic and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast paced work environment
- Passionate, pleasant and respectful while consistently prospecting clients
- Proven critical thinker who solves difficult problems and confidently overcomes client objections
- Prior start-up experience preferred
- Good with excels, MIS, data management& power point presentation
- A positive attitude
- Willingness to help around the office when needed
- Reports directly to National Head & Event Director (Operational Matters) and CEO (Reporting and Financial Matters)
