Ideate Labs - Business Head - Media Marketing (8-10 yrs)
Role & responsibilities :
- Devising overall business plan and corporate media strategy for new & existing clients
- Researching/piloting new digital channels to continually position clients as a leader in the online/digital marketing arena
- Obtain the best advertising rates, adjust media schedules in response to the latest audience figures, managing budgets, monitor and update clients on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Discuss strategy with clients, analyse and research target audience's character, advise creative team and clients about the most effective media combination and present media proposals.
- Developing & executing campaigns and ensuring that campaigns leverage on all applicable digital & social media channels keeping Performance Marketing a focus.
- Directly managing all web/Mobile marketing efforts and increasing quality lead conversions from all sources, including paid search, display, content & social media.
- Developing budget and monitoring & controlling all costs associated with corporate-wide digital marketing programs; tracking campaign costs, performance and ROI throughout the demand generation lifecycle
- Driving the organizations towards Net profits by optimizing performance marketing channels, P&L Responsibility
- Performance of Demand and Supply to be monitored and enhanced
Specialized: Media Buying & Planning, Analytics, Campaign Management - strategy to execution, Affiliate Marketing, Social media Marketing, Content seeding & publishing
You will be a good fit if -
- You possess a Bachelor's/PG degree in advertising, marketing or similar field
- You have at least 8 years experience in a marketing role in a digital agency setting
- You want to build a Media Business of your own under an established brand
- You possess exemplary knowledge of the digital marketing landscape
- You have an established track record of successful past digital campaigns
- You are a natural "people person" with a knack for communicating, presenting and bringing teams together
- You thrive in a high freedom, high responsibility environments
- You possess mastery of basic marketing principles, such as target segmentation, category, value proposition, positioning, and brand strategy.
- You have experience managing multiple client portfolios in paid media or affiliate marketing divisions
- You are proficient with SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social platforms
