1. Develop junior staff to the next level by ensuring assigned staff fully understand projects, providing effective feedback to staff (positive and critical), identifying and promoting growth opportunities for all junior staff.
2. Identify new business opportunities, participate in new business pitches and assist in drafting new business proposals
3. New client acquisition, Retention and repeat orders from existing clients
4. Responsible for generating new business accounts/clients through email and cold calls.
5. Meeting the Customer and prospects, understanding the requirements and offering solutions.
6. Responsible to overview the overall Sales strategy of the company.
7. Manage outstanding & Collection
8. Achieves the Region's revenue and profitability
9. Experience in developing winning communication and campaign strategies.
10. Ability to manage and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications and Skills :
1. Will be responsible for developing new business on digital medium with a consultative approach to selling. They should be commercially astute and have excellent communication skills, with a proven record in generating significant revenues.
2. Demonstrate outstanding writing skills
3. Consistently meet internal and external deadlines.
4. Regularly update projections and manage work to meet or exceed projected revenue targets
5. Find ways to save company money by improving / streamlining internal systems or procedures
