Job Summary:
Acquire significant market share by leveraging best practices and innovative approaches across sales, business development, alliances and marketing functions. Work as a team create a functional and progressive Business Development Department.
Responsibilities:
- Create associations & tie-ups with required companies
- Cold calling & lining up meetings
- Acquire sponsorship for events
- Develop promotional plans to improve sales
- Meet monthly and yearly targets
- Regular reporting
- Improving and achieving margin targets
- Innovate on sales strategy and lead generation channels
- Creating new business opportunities in given segment without touching the existing client base
- Increasing the volume market share for given category in region
- Responsible for enriching customer experience
- Responsible for building the team (BDM)
Requirements:
- Awareness of market trends & competitive activities
- Excellent Sales Skills & History
- Excellent Negotiation & Communication Skills
- Experience in Advertising/Entertainment/Events and/or Dealing with Celebrities
- Strategic, Analytical & Number savvy
- Team Player & motivator with sound interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good influencing skills & coordination skill
- Target Oriented
- Networking & high consumer focus
- Experience in handling external agencies
- Excellent with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
