Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for the company. The day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, attending networking events, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts.
Qualifications :
- Proven 3+ years of experience in business development or sales
- Must have 1+ years of experience in team handling.
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape and technology solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Experience in the digital marketing or technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
