Description :
Sales & Marketing :
- Driving company's objectives for Value Sales, Range Selling and Distribution Expansion.
- Driving company's schemes from target setting stage to execution to the trade.
- Setting up targets for the distributors, dealers, promoters, Distributor's sales executive for proper execution and tracking.
- Identifying & developing marketing plans to build consumer preference.
- Handling the marketing operations and sales promotional activities (BTL activities) for achieving growth & profitability.
Business Development :
- Assessing business potential, forecasting, devising and executing strategies and plans to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals.
- Forecasting future sales volumes and value to maximize the profits.
- Monitoring competitor's activities and devising effective counter measures.
- Working on and Interpreting MIS & generating monthly reports and sales status for business planning and visibility.
Channel Management :
- Liaising with channel partners to expand product reach in the market, coordinating and assisting them to promote the product.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with Distributors and Dealers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving performance parameters, delivery & quality norms.
- Touring the sales territory regularly, talking to channel, identifying or resolving urgent issues.
Product Launches & Promotion :
- Coordinating & organizing product promotion and branding activities to create market brand visibility.
- Organising special promotions, displays and events to enhance visibility and increase business.
- Organising various promotional activities (ATL & BTL) for business expansion especially for new launches.
Distribution, Inventory Control & Profitability :
- Ensuring business expansion through distribution (Retail Expansion- WOD expansion, DOD expansion).
- Ensure all the activities are done with keeping the top-line & bottom-line productivity in mind.
- Checking inventory of products, ensuring minimum inventory levels to be maintained across the channel.
- Overseeing SKU wise indenting for the stock for next month on the basis of sales, trends and objectives.
Team Management :
- Recruiting, leading, training, mentoring & monitoring the team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Ensuring that adequate staffing levels exist in order to effectively operate in the market.
- Exploring and training Team and Channel for the product by organizing training programs, channel partner meets and sales promotion activities, etc.
