Idea - Area Sales Manager - Postpaid Sales (7-12 yrs)
JD :
- Drive 2G & 3G acquisition of Postpaid Customers to achieve business targets
- Monitor sales interventions and drive schemes to achieve the budgeted gross additions in the postpaid subscriber base
- Implement revenue enhancement activities by the team to achieve revenue market share - Review telecallers/my Idea points performance through sales programs leading to Revenue Market Share increase through Acquisition of High ARPU customers
- Ensure all Productivity norms are met as per the CSS by monitoring Channel Management activities
- Monitor Channel Infrastructure as per budgeted plan in order to increase footprint and acquisition
- Implement tools & measures to Enhance Channel Productivity & adhere to the CSS norms
- Review Team performance to ensure delivery of high productivity levels
- Monitoring and reviewing manpower productivity to drive engagement within the team through people initiatives to improve performance & increase productivity.
