IDBI Federal Life Insurance - Regional Marketing Manager (2-3 yrs)
Job Purpose:
1. To assist HO marketing in the execution and anchor the implementation of marketing programs and campaigns at the regional level to realise marketing and business objectives.
2. To assist in the management of all lead generation and business programs at the local level and ensure desired results through planning execution tracking feedback and MIS
3. To support the regional sales teams in all local and topical marketing activities and activation with a view to push prospecting and sales in the branches/region
4. To help increase business performance of the local regional sales teams through all marketing initiatives and business programs including visibility, MIS, product tools and events/R&R
Required Experience :
- 2-3 years: In a Marketing role
- Working knowledge of Area/region wrt working conditions
- Experience in agency and vendor operations
- Problem Solving, Analytical and communication skills
- Ability to handle work through agencies and vendors
- Ability to work independently
- Communication, presentation and persuasion skills - verbal and written
- Experience in agency operations - direct or as a client
- Handling of direct sales (pref. Insurance)
- Knowledge of Financial Concepts and Practices relevant to Insurance Products
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
