IDAM Wellness - Facebook Ads Specialist (2-3 yrs)
Job Description :
We are looking for a talented Facebook Advertising Specialist to join the team at IDAM House of brands, Gurgaon. The focus of this position will be to plan and execute paid Internet marketing campaigns for us.
Responsibilities :
1. Day-to-day management of paid social advertising campaigns across Facebook.
2. Track and report on campaign results, data analysis, contribute to weekly/monthly status calls with regular reporting on results.
3. Close collaboration with our internal team to assess and improve advertising performance.
4. Constant learning to improve your understanding of the paid marketing landscape.
Requirements :
1. You're an expert in Facebook Ads, having directly managed large budget campaigns with results to show.
2. Must have strong eCommerce experience.
3. You know exactly what to do to improve results in an account.
4. You're enamored by the industry, at the top of your game while continually improving your knowledge by diving deep into industry blogs and more importantly via experience.
5. Knowing that CRO is just as important as your campaigns, you are well-versed in post-click conversion and what it takes to convert traffic at a high rate.
6. Always willing to speak up, collaborate, and advocate for your ideas.
7. You're a conceptual thinker, someone able to create a range of ideas and strategies for campaigns .
CTC - up to 5 LPA .
Experience - 3 Years.
