ICPG - Manager - FMCG Sales (7-20 yrs)
1. Responsible for Primary, Secondary Sales, building team and building infra for the respective territory.
2. Expertise in new product launches
3. Super Stockist/ Sub Stockist appointment and team management
4. Sales promotion and visibility drive capability
5. Handle Standalone ouitlet and key cosmetic outlets.
6. Handle sales team and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience : Minimum 5-8 years in Cosmetics, Personal care, OTC products. Also experience of handling salesman team of 3-6.
Product Basket : Male & female deos, Nail polish, facewash, hair oil, Body lotion, Shampoo and home care products like Dishwash bar.
