ICPG - Manager - Export Sales - FMCG Vertical (5-15 yrs)
Export Manager - Delhi for FMCG Industry USA, Canada, UK ,Russia+CIS, Middle East (GCC countries), Australia and New Zealand.
Job Responsibilities:
- Increase sales and market share of the existing and New product In the international Market.
- Identification of new distributors and assessing existing ones based on consolidating knowledge and analytics of respective Channels / Customers and based on priorities shared by the sub-regions & platforms - Sales Dynamics , Channel Profitability/ General Channel trends regarding consumer behavior / Competition in Channel.
- Collaborative approach between International Channel Management & Sales teams for achieving sales targets & generating growth for business.
- Field visits & promotional activities (trade exhibitions, personal interaction) with the overseas business partners.
- Regulatory understanding of international markets to support the registration of new products in the existing international businesses.
- Develop & maintain network around the globe to understand the market movements, competitor's strategies, prices and sharing & working on these market updates with the team members to make effective marketing plans
- Responsible for handling these regions (South Asia & East Asia) Countries to be added USA, Canada, UK , Germany, Netherlands, Russia + CIS, Middle East (GCC countries), Australia and New Zealand.
Required Candidate profile:
- 5-15 years of working experience in FMCG/ Food Industry.
- MBA or any other equivalent educational qualification.
- Candidate should have good knowledge of International sales/ Business Development profile.
- Hands on experience of handling KAM / Trade business/ Distributors / Retail channels.
- Willing to travel internationally for business prospects.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
