Job Title : Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Reporting : Business Development Manager
Responsibility :
- Establishing and driving sales activities for Freshworks products within a designated geography. You will be expected to penetrate and prospect named accounts for new business. Please refer Products section under the link: Innovative Software for Business Needs/ Freshworks. The primary target products are Freshdesk and Freshservice.
Job responsibilities :
- Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts
- Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
- Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
- Calling to establish new opportunities
- Tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
- Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
Experience Requirement :
- 0 to 1 years, graduate in BMS/BBA
- Strong time management skills
- Create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building
- Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
