IConflux - Executive - Business Development (1-4 yrs)
We are looking for a business development executive with 2+ years of experience. BDE will help an organization to grow by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Personal responsibility
- Generate new leads or contacts from different mediums or channel
- Able to find out data from different directories/Events/portal
- Able to identify IT service-providing companies/Product companies/Consulting Companies
- Able to find out the contact details of the targeted companies
- Able to find out the right target audience or company as per the company's offering
- Data gathering & mining through Social Sites
- Filter data region-wise & Focus Target Audience
- Prioritize business information needs
- Generate business through client relationship management.
- Cold calling and coordination with clients and constant communication shall be major duties in the job.
- Explore new channels of sales and formulate and implement strategies to penetrate the new market.
- Manage bidding on portals, proposal writing, lead generation, and end-to-end client communication.
- Good communication & interaction skills
Qualifications / Skills (minimum)
- BE/ B.Tech - IT /CE or equivalent / MSc-IT / MCA / MBA
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Business Development Executive in an IT service/product company
