Iclivia - Manager - Performance Marketing (1-3 yrs)

: We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital marketing campaigns and optimizing them to achieve specific performance objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, WhatsApp & and SMS marketing for multiple clients simultaneously.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer acquisition costs (CAC).

- Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for paid search campaigns.

- Ad Copy and Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience.

- Budget Planning and Strategy: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.

- A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements for improved performance. Performance Marketing Executive

- Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for campaign optimization.

- Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats

Skills and Experience:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance management, or a related role

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing

- Proficiency in data analysis and Excel or other data analysis tools

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs and targets

- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices is a plus

KPIs : Fast and flawless project delivery - Delivering assigned tasks (both ad hoc and recurring) on time by utilizing defined best practices and QA processes to ensure consistency Client growth - Increasing client growth mostly in terms of revenue scale-up by optimizing current activity and identifying growth opportunities in current campaigns.
