ICICI Lombard - Manager - Sales (5-15 yrs)
Role Objective :
The role holder will primarily plan and implement the sales plan to achieve the desired sales targets for the assigned area/channel in a given period of time through all the team members or on their own.
Job Description & KPI details :
- Handling a team upto 6 USMs.
- Managing motivation and engagement of his team members and agents
- Creating a robust plan of his/her team for acquiring new health agents on a regular basis through the assigned team. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
- Handling the health retail product - training his team members and agents on health products and selling skills
- Maintaining relationships with the health agents to deliver team sales targets.
- Coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
- To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
- Training & motivating the health agents to qualify contests and thus bring in incremental business.
Required Qualification / Experience :
- Age upto 40 Years
- Graduate from recognized University
- MBA/PGDBM from recognized business school of India is desirable
- Selling experience of around 4-8 years, of which 1-3 years managing a team
- Selling experience in the industries like Life Insurance, General Insurance, Health Monoline, Telecom, Pharma and FMCG
- Planning and organizing skills along with people management and motivation
- With high on energy, achievement drive, innovative thinking, untiring passion and can do attitude.
