Job Description :
1) Growing business at Industrial customers (B2B) for Holdtite(HT) and Maintenance (MNT) products and achieve given primary and secondary sales targets.
2) New customer identification and acquisition - business generation from Large, Medium and small scale industries.
3) Strengthening PIL presence by conversion of new customers
4) Conduct product demos, workshops, seminars and process mapping activities at Industrial customers.
5) Identification of Re-seller basis Industrial Gaps; New WSS Appointments and WSS Consolidation measures by right sizing.
6) Manage WSS and Dealers channels to penetrate PIL products to industrial accounts and Industrial outlets.
7) Maintain finance hygiene of Channel partners.
8) Provide technical services to industrial accounts and support trouble shooting.
9) Support ASDM (RA1) to give market and competition insights.
10) Support PIL new product launch activities into the field.
11) DATA Management -Maintain and Furnish Customer Data - Lead to opportunity conversion progress tracking & visit summary on a monthly basis. Capturing data; insights and learnings through Sales Force Management portal
