Job Overview:

ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchise development, with a proven track record in the Education industry. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who can drive our franchise expansion efforts.

Responsibilities:

Franchise Development : Identify, evaluate, and recruit potential franchise partners in line with the company's expansion strategy.

Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential franchise territories, assess competition, and understand local market dynamics.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners, providing them with the necessary support, guidance, and resources.

Compliance and Documentation : Ensure all franchise agreements, legal requirements, and documentation are in place and compliant with relevant regulations.

Training and Onboarding : Facilitate the onboarding and training of new franchise partners to ensure they meet company standards.

Performance Monitoring : Monitor the performance of franchise outlets, assess KPIs, and provide guidance for improvements.

Brand Promotion : Work closely with the marketing team to support local marketing and promotional efforts to enhance the brand's presence in the region.

Business Expansion : Develop and execute strategies to expand the network of franchise outlets in line with organizational goals.

Financial Management : Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, revenue generation, and cost control for franchise operations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in franchise development or a related role, with a preference for experience in the Education industry.

- Proven track record of successful franchise recruitment and management.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to analyse market trends and competition.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

- Understanding of franchise legal and regulatory requirements.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Team player with the ability to work independently.
