IBR Infotech is expanding its business development unit by hiring young and dynamic business development executives to join its team.

The role includes :

- New lead generation

- Handling, nurturing and converting the generated leads into business

- Both inbound and outbound business development activities will be a part of the job profile.

- The ideal candidate is someone who has a flair for communication, an analytical mindset, and a natural ability to build rapport with potential clients.

- The candidate must be a customer oriented professional, who is focused at helping customers solve their problems by identifying and presenting right solutions from Signity's core set of offerings.

Required Skill Set :

- Excellent client interaction and handling skills with good command on verbal and written English

- Ability to source new business from various online channels, outbound emails and outbound calls and other mediums

- Strong experience in conducting client interactions for discovering and capturing their pain areas and business needs

- Experience in business requirement gathering and ability to write comprehensive business requirement documents (BRD) including business needs and proposed solutions

- Flexible to work in different time zones and different roles as and when needed by the organization

- Willing to take up and accomplish with monthly sales target

- A natural knack for customer service and perfectionism

- Self motivated

- Willing to learn

- Willing to share knowledge

- Willing to adapt based on organization's business requirements

- Working experience with bidding portals like Freelancer, upwork etc.

Role Expectations :

- The candidate is expected to convert consistent new business for core services offered by Signity at present and in future as per the organization's vision

- This is a result driven profile and the candidate must be willing to accept and deliver as per designated sales targets
