Job Summary:
We are currently seeking for a highly motivated and dedicated Tele Caller and Tele Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Tele Caller and Tele Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in attracting and engaging with our potential clients through telephone calls, promoting our services, and closing sales. This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive manner, and the ability to build relationship with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our services and solutions.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Follow up with customers and provide exceptional customer service by effectively handling customer concerns and inquiries, ensuring quick responses and delivering quality service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve overall sales objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Keep accurate and up to date records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: minimum of 2 years of experience in tele sales or telemarketing roles with any degree, freshers can also apply.
- Qualification: Master/Bachelors in relevant fields
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, establishing trust.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of IT trading.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to commute/relocate before starting work (Required)
- Language proficiency in English and Malayalam
