Experience : 3-7 years
1) Define IBIS brand philosophy in consultation with Top Management and drive branding initiatives of the organization across all regions
2) Oversee the functioning of the team for conducting market research and capturing competitive intelligence and market trends regarding Product Branding, Promotions, Design, and Pricing.
3) Develop project marketing & promotion strategies and ensure effective and timely communication of new initiatives/ projects remain up-to-date with the market.
4) Benchmark best practices and develop world-class Branding, Marketing, Sales, and CRM strategies for IBIS.
5) Provide inputs to Corporate Planning and Business Development on the marketing feasibility of identified properties
6) Identify and impanel agencies to develop brand-related communication/merchandise/ advertisements etc.
7) Work in close coordination with the Sales / Leasing Team and Corporate Communications for taking their inputs and feedback for building improvements in the planned Marketing and Branding strategy
8) Develop processes to capture market information and change customer preferences.
