IBFW Hospitality - Graphic Designer (2-5 yrs)
Position Overview :
As a 2D Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content for a wide range of materials, including digital assets, promotional materials, brochures, and social media content. You will work closely with our marketing team to bring the brand's vision to life, while maintaining consistency across all design touchpoints. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure that every design resonates with our target audience and aligns with our hospitality offerings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design Creation: Develop visually engaging 2D graphics, layouts, and illustrations for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website assets, brochures, email templates, and advertisements.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity to maintain a cohesive look and feel across all platforms and print collateral.
- Collaborative Design: Work closely with the marketing, content, and operations teams to create designs that support our promotional campaigns, events, and customer-facing communications.
- Print & Digital Design: Design print materials such as brochures, menus, flyers, and signage, as well as digital content including web banners, social media images, and email campaigns.
- Creative Problem Solving: Take the initiative in providing design solutions for both internal and external marketing needs, keeping in mind the overall guest experience and brand values.
- Client & Guest-Facing Materials: Design elegant and visually appealing materials that convey the luxury, comfort, and unique experiences associated with our hospitality services.
- Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to ensure the design complements the messaging and enhances the overall impact of our communications.
- Quality Control: Ensure all design outputs are of the highest quality, both digitally and in print, and meet the standards for hospitality marketing materials.
