Iberia Skinbrands - Group Product Manager (10-12 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Making marketing strategies, implementing and evaluating the same for the brands and portfolio.
2. Portfolio management, profit optimisation, cost management.
3. Planning of various activities for business development and market presence and enforcing them with the sales team and tracking their response on the activity.
4. Taking care of all the market input to be circulated in the market right from blue prints of the graphics to making them available to the sales team.
5. Webinars/ Workshop/ Seminar/ Conference Management: Staying in touch with the doctors, managing the events and demonstration of the products or peels.
6. Competitor Analysis, monitoring of competitor activities and re-calibrating the marketing plan.
7. Annual forecasting, preparing the budget, target setting for the respective portfolio.
8. Training of the sales team about the products.
9. Taking care of the needs of the sales team: managing the requirements samples, quotation, or any other need of the sales team, procuring and providing them.
10. Taking care of all the market input to be circulated in the market right from blue prints of the graphics to making them available to the sales team.
11. Brand building exercise including brand positioning and re-positioning.
12. Devising brand communication.

14. Launching new brands. Preparing business plan for the new launches.
15. Devising go to the market strategies
16. Planning campaigns and executing them through sales team
17. Monitoring the campaigns. Post campaign analysis
Mandatory Skills
- Experience of 10-12 years in pharmaceutical industry
- Team handling
- Should be from derma background.
