Job Responsibility:
1. To increase company Market share in that segment.
2. To plan and execute promotions to create demand.
3. Motivate and interact with the sales force for targets, budget & parameters. Fixing up sales volume and value targets and market share target.
4. To support the sales / distribution team effectively through analysis & collaterals.
5. Demonstrate leadership skills and instinct for spot decision, direct, motivate & control the team to achieve desired results in a certain time frame.
