You're ideal for this role, if :
1. You're a highly skilled and experienced Paid Ads Specialist with a strong background in managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook) and Google platforms.
2. You have a proven track record in executing successful App Install campaigns or working with D2C brands and are well-versed in driving results through both Meta and Google advertising channels.
3. You have working knowledge and experience with gaming companies is an added advantage.
4. You have a proven track record of effectively implementing digital marketing campaigns, consistently achieving and exceeding marketing targets and ROI.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Meta (Facebook) Ads Management :
1. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta, ensuring maximum reach and user acquisition.
2. Allocate and manage a monthly ad spend of at least 5-10 lakhs on Facebook ads.
3. Utilize advanced targeting strategies to reach the target audience and achieve campaign objectives.
4. Curate killer Ad concepts that can drive app installs and sales
5. Create ad assets by collaborating with video and design team
Google Ads Management :
1. Oversee App Install campaigns across Google platforms, including YouTube, display ads, and search ads.
2. Manage a monthly ad spend of at least 3+ lakhs on Google ads
3. Stay updated on the latest trends and features within the Google advertising ecosystem.
Experience :
1. 3 years of proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, with a focus on App Install campaigns.
2. Prior experience with a minimum monthly ad spend of 3 lakhs on Facebook ads and 1 lakh on Google ads.
What are we looking for? (Skills Required) :
1. In-depth knowledge of Meta (Facebook) and Google advertising platforms.
2. Proficient in analyzing campaign performance metrics and using data to optimize strategies.
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
4. Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
5. Someone who ran App install campaigns previously is preferred
6. Someone who has an experience of spending at least 3 lakhs per month on Facebook ads
7. Someone who has experience of spending 1 lakh per month on Google ads i.e. YouTube, display ads, and search ads
8. Working with gaming companies is an added advantage
CTC, Work Location & Working Days :
CTC : INR 4.5 - 8 LPA (Negotiable)
Work Location : Hyderabad
Languages Known : Proficiency in English.
