- Hiring for the post of Sales Manager Agency Channel.
Product : General Insurance.
- Role incumbent is responsible for the recruitment of POSP through various sources to ensure the achievement of business targets. Train POSPs on products, the process of Sales.
- Travelling is must for POSP and business development.
- Role incumbent is also responsible for explorations & identification of new business by networking.
- Motor Insurance knowledge should be there along with Basic knowledge of health to drive the business.
Desired Candidates Profile :
- Good Interpersonal skill.
- Moderate analytical skills for market mapping & business expansion.
- Minimum 6 Month to 1 year experience required in Agency Channel Sales with General Insurance.
