Job Description :
- Hiring for the post of Area Sales Manager_GI Products.
Channel : Agency.
- Role incumbent is responsible for the recruitment of POSP through various sources to ensure the achievement of business targets. Train POSPs on products, the process of Sales.
- Travelling is must for POSP and business development.
- Person will be responsible to develop the market for company and run business for the surrounding locations for all LOB (Line of Business).
- Insurance knowledge should be there for all LOB.
- Role incumbent is also responsible for explorations & identification of new business by networking.
Desired Candidates Profile.
- Good Interpersonal skill.
- Candidate should have market repo which can results into to immediate business also.
- Person should be matured enough to handle the team and also drive the business for the Zone allocated to him.
- Moderate analytical skills for market mapping & business expansion.
Location : South Gujarat(Bharuch/Rajpipla/Ahwa/Navsari/Vyara/Valasd/Surat).
- Minimum 5 to years Experience required in Agency Channel with Leading role.
