IA-Meetings - Sponsorship Sales Specialist (2-9 yrs)
Key Accountabilities: -
a) Research and develop a list of potential sponsors for each conference.
b) Research and develop a list of potential exhibitors when required.
c) Generating leads across industry for selling sponsorships
d) Conduct productive sales meetings with the prospective sponsors
e) Design and implement strategic plans to reach sponsorship sales targets for each project
f) Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients and exhibitors.
g) Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors.
h) Update the company database as required.
i) Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements have been reached.
j) Assist in preparing promotional material to advertise sales opportunities for projects
k) Maintain knowledge of conference timelines and sponsorship deadlines
l) Manage and execute all sponsorship deliverables with the supports of operations team
- 2-4 years' experience in sponsorship & exhibit or corporate sales.
