IA-Meetings - Executive - Business Development (3-4 yrs)
Position - Business Development Executive
Eligibility :
- 3 to 4 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in Sales/ Business Development position.
- Meeting/ Event industry experience of minimum 2 years
- Qualification : Graduate and above
Scope :
- To ensure new market development for IA Meetings and deliver projects with client satisfaction while ensuring the profitability of the business.
Key Accountabilities :
- Generating leads across markets for selling meeting services
- Conduct productive Sales meetings to close business for meeting services
- Maintain robust & active database using the CRM for all activities, opportunities and projects
- Ensure positive client interactions and relationship for execution of projects
- Ensure profitability of contracts closed at sales level and execution of projects
- Achieve targets of sales and ensure overall profitability of the business

- Great communicator to establish strong business relationships
- Business acumen to negotiate and execute profitable agreements
