Profile : Manager - Sales (New Acquisition & Adoption Team)

Roles and responsibilities :

- Be the champion of client acquisition in our target industry/market place

- Get the sale using various customer acquisitions methods (market visit for meeting up potential clients, cold calling, etc.)

- Defining the merchant persona and approaching them

- Responsible for product adoption among the merchants.

- End to end ownership from lead generation to conversion to payment collection and client onboarding

- Working effectively to meet organizational sales and revenue targets

- Maintaining excellent relationship with the clients

- Doing market research and collecting the feedbacks from the merchants.

- Regularly sync with product team for the product development

Qualifications & Experience :

- UG/PG with proven B2B or B2C field sales experience of 3-5 years preferably in restaurant, cafe, retail industry.

- The ability and burning desire to sell.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
