4. Roles and responsibilities :
- Calling on facebook leads and find out the prospective clients, aligning their meetings with sales representative
- Managing the entire process from lead generation to conversion and updating the status by creating the final calling reports
- Answer queries regarding product/ services, processes and if required direct them to the account/sales manager
- Assist clients to use the products and services and keep them updated about new features launched
- Responsible for taking continuous feedback from the clients after the conversion
