Responsibilities :
- Be very well presentable during client meeting
- Should be Target Oriented and work on Fix salary+ incentive mechanism on target achievements
- Yearly target of 60L+ should have been achieved earlier with IT solutions selling
- Should be able to do Lead Generation to Sales Pitch to Client meetings to Negotiations and Deal closure individually
- Responsible for Payment recovery from clients
- Should be able to execute different proactive strategies for lead generation and nurturing via calls / field visits / meetings
- Should possess excellent negotiation skills
- BFSI clients network will be an added advantage
- Prepare Sales Travel Plan and budgets
- Should have experience in attending exhibitions / summit to represent the company and generate quality leads for our solutions
- Should be Proactive and show Enthusiasm to close deals
- Consistently perform and achieve targets every quarter
- Using sales assist tools for updating daily activities as per company policies
- Will be reporting to Sales Head
- Competitor analysis to make our solution pitch strong
- Prepare proposal documents / scope of work based on the client requirement / as per the instructions shared by the business team.
- Excellent command over English
