Sales Manager has to recruit Channel Development Partners who will act like Sales managers and recruit advisors
Role :
- Will be responsible for the overall target achievement of the team and development of Agency/ Channel Partners.
- Need to identify Recruit potential Cannel Partner's and ensure they are able to get HNI clients and must be able to help them with the investments.
- Training and motivating the Channel Partners for the expansion of the business.
- Supporting the team and resolving the operational issues pertaining to channel partners and their clients.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should have at least for 1 year of acquiring channel partners/ sales .
- Should be expert in communication and presentation skills.
- People management and leadership skills mandatory.
