Job Summary:

We have Openings for Dynamic and target oriented Professional, with proven record of accomplishment in wealth management / equity markets.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Coordinating and onboarding clients to place order on exchange, relaying and broadcasting the quotes.

- Onboarding for HNI clients and assisting HNIs for placing orders on platform and maintaining efficient relationship with all stakeholders

- Maintaining internal operational and financial controls and ensure they meet all compliance requirements.

- Ensuring compliance with reporting and response deadlines.

- Managing internal and customer related documentation as per internal processes

- Ensuring quality service and effective & efficient operations support for all stakeholders.

- Helping the clients with portfolio transfers.

- Delivering inspiring sales presentations to convert prospects to successful sales and Organizing Marketing Campaigns in all formats.

- Must be able to achieve stretched targets in a result-focused environment and must be able to generate new business based on acquisition and revenue generation through equity.

- Responsible for cross selling products like Insurance, Mutual funds, portfolio Management Service (PMS).

Key Skills:

Good communication skills, HNI client acquisition, Stock Broking, Understanding financial preferences of the customer, Financial planning& analysis, Excellent service and relationship building skills, Knowledge in Indian Stock Marketing is Mandatory.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Must be a graduate/ Post graduate from Finance /Marketing domain with minimum 6-months experience in a stock broking firm only are qualified.

- Working knowledge of trading products - exposure calculation, margin, profit and loss.

- Past experience in trading on equities / forex/ commodities / crypto would be a plus.

- Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required.

- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.

- NCFM/NISM Certification is an added advantage

- Must have the ability to work individually and as a group. Should be self-driven and target oriented.

- Achieve best in class productivity in order to maximize the efficacy of the sales process.

- Should act as a productive resource by fulfilling the budgetary expectations of the organization.
