I-CAN Financial Solutions - Relationship Manager/Client Relationship Manager - Financial/HNI Sales (0-3 yrs)
- To personally create an area/location wise list of HNI client either directly or through the leads provided by the company.
- Provide these HNI personalised solutions and support with the help of the technology platform and research provided by the organization.
- Expand the client base with the help of referrals
- To Aggregate individuals to work as independent advisors/distributors of financial products from existing Agents (Insurance MF etc.), DSAs etc.
- People who are new to the area of distribution of financial products such as students, teachers, Chartered Accountants, Doctors, Members of certain Associations, Bank Managers etc can also be motivated.
- To provide support to these recruited persons such as coaching, mentoring, joint calls, training, any other help required.
- To procure Business under different products either directly or thru these independent advisors Work as motivator to create a sense of entrepreneurship in these individuals and expand their income.
- To maintain a minimum 50 individual independent advisors in the first year.
- The criteria, targets etc to be discussed separately.
- Prepare himself/herself for tomorrow's Entrepreneur.
