- Proven experience in IT services industry : Demonstrated experience as a Business Development Manager in the IT services industry, preferably in the US market. A deep understanding of IT services and industry trends is essential.


Successful track record : Proven success in selling IT services to B2B clients in the US market. A track record of consistently achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.

Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.


Negotiation and closing skills : Strong negotiation skills to effectively navigate contract discussions and finalize deals. Ability to identify and address client concerns and objections.


Self-motivated and proactive : A self-starter who takes initiative and drives results. Able to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively.


Tele-calling and lead generation experience : Experience in tele-calling and lead generation techniques to identify and qualify potential clients. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
