- Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
- Regularly update and obtain lists of individual contact details.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
- Stay updated with market trends to serve customers better.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the organization's products and services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
- Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings.
- Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other.
- Keep a record of every customer interaction and sales activity.
- Generate leads or close sales, depending on the goal of the organization.
- Branch out and find potential customers through telecalling work.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Graduation or equivalent
- Experience in working as a tele-caller or in a similar role (minimum 1 year).
- Knowledgeable with computers.
- Excellent Communication skills (English and Hindi).
- Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales target.
- Having the capability to receive critics without internalizing them.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
