Role Overview :
HyperVerge is looking for a seasoned, experienced Enterprise SaaS business development representative to join our growing company's leadership team. In this role, you are responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that help achieve new client sales & revenue goals for the company.
Responsibilities :
- Formulate Target Prospect Lists : Utilize market research findings and account assessments to compile tailored lists of potential prospects fitting our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for identity verification solutions.
- Execute Cold Outreach : Implement targeted outreach initiatives through diverse channels such as email, phone, social media platforms to engage potential prospects and kindle interest in our offerings using outreach tools.
- Qualify Prospects : Qualify leads based factors that align with HyperVerge's ICP s.Conduct thorough evaluations and discoveries of prospects to gauge their existing business challenges and specific needs concerning identity verification.
- Coordinate Demonstrations : Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to organize demonstration sessions with qualified prospects, facilitating a seamless transition from prospecting to the sales phase(PQO to SQO).
- Leverage Sales Development Automation : Harness the capabilities of sales development automation tools and platforms to efficiently manage prospecting campaigns, streamline outreach endeavors, and enhance overall productivity.
- Achieve or Surpass Quotas : Consistently endeavor to meet or exceed predefined quotas for qualified leads and demonstrations on a monthly basis, showcasing a dedicated commitment to driving pipeline expansion and revenue generation.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate CRM data by entering and updating information. Track and report prospecting performance metrics effectively.
- Explore, Test, Evaluate, and Refine Strategies : Continuously explore various prospecting and qualification strategies, assess their efficacy through testing, analyze outcomes, and refine approaches to enhance the effectiveness of the sales development process.
- Continuous Enhancement : Demonstrate an ongoing eagerness to absorb and implement best practices in sales development. Actively seek opportunities for skill advancement, remain abreast of industry trends, and contribute proactively to refining the sales development framework.
- This role mandates a proactive and outcome-oriented stance towards prospecting, qualification, and lead generation, emphasizing the attainment and surpassing of performance benchmarks while perpetually honing and optimizing business development methodologies.
Desired Skills/Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Masters in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of Business Development experience in B2B SaaS.
- Bonus: Previous experience in Fintech or related industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication via phone, email and in-person meetings
