Hypersonix - Manager - B2B Marketing/Digital Marketing (4-7 yrs)
Hypersonix.ai is disrupting the Analytics space with AI, ML and NLP capabilities to drive real-time business insights with a conversational user experience, enabling decisioning at the speed of thought. Responsibilities:
- Drive funnel acquisition through performance marketing activity on major digital platforms including social, display and content syndication.
- Execute against both prospecting and remarketing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn,Facebook and Google Display Network, managing performance to strict return on investment goals
Execute and improve all paid search tactics through hands-on, daily optimizations across paid channels.
- Strategically create, implement, and manage Paid Search Marketing campaigns on Google and Bing.
- Execute and improve current SEO tactics, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and more
- Develop compelling and actionable ad copy and provide ad creative inspiration/best practices with the creative team
- Drive brand and lead generation campaigns to meet defined marketing KPIs, identify new opportunities, and support sales efforts
- Campaigns/activities across various channels, including but not limited to paid social (LinkedIn), SEM (Google AdWords) email (Hubspot)
- Work cross-functionally with product marketing, content and creative teams to set-up and launch campaigns
- Assist with landing page development and click/conversion rate optimization
Build and execute all email marketing programs, including owning the segmentation and deployment
- Build automation strategy and own the lead nurturing program from end to end by delivering constant improvement to our automation campaigns
- Develop clear and detailed reports to communicate effectiveness of campaigns against KPIs
Proactively provide insights and recommendations to optimize and improve digital results and to implement new tactics and strategies to test
- Stay on top of best practices, new features and trends in digital marketing channels and
Manage budget, internal resources, and agencies, to achieve KPIs and continuous innovation
Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B marketing and familiarity with B2B metrics preferred
- 4+ years in a performance marketing role at an agency or in-house
- Hands on expertise with Google Adwords, LinkedIn and Facebook platforms
- End to end understanding of the advertising process, campaign set up, tracking, optimization, and attribution
- Strong quantitative skills and the ability to analyze data and make data driven decisions
- Ability to clearly communicate results, key takeaways and areas of opportunities
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management skills with proven track record to meet deadlines!
- Accountable, willing to take action, results driven, and detail oriented!
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and experimental mentality
