Job Responsibilities :
- Thorough Market Research and Identify opportunities and prospects
- Evaluate the prospect in terms of industry position, deal size and mapping sales opportunity to business growth.
- Generates leads by establishing personal contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions
- Secure new business accounts.
- Achieve profitability, growth and account effectively selling the company's products and services.
- Analyze the customer health and requirements and suggest tools to improve their business.
- Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing and payment collection.
- Must be ready for frequent travel (within and outside India) to showcase Hyfen Services & as a part of relationship management.
- Effectively research existing clients and farm existing accounts for more business.
- Identifiy product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Strong reporting abilities - Sales & Post sales.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Experience and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions or advertising sales. Candidates with a MBA degree will be preferred.
- Relevant experience of at least 1 year that encompasses pre sales / business development and client servicing.
- One to three years of management experience is a plus.
- Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently.
- Must be comfortable to work in a start up culture.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Email etiquettes and corporate communication
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM.
- Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task.
- Strategic leadership ability
- Very high ethical standards.
