Sales & Marketing Executive
Responsibilities :
1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
2. Set up meetings b/w BDM & potential clients and answer their queries about different courses.
3. Not a target based role, should work at their own space to achieve the deliverable.
4. Contact potential or existing leads to inform them about the product or service using scripts
5. Answer questions about products or the company
6. Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
7. Enter and update customer information in the database
8. Take and process leads in an accurate manner
9. Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation
10. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
11. Gauging industry trends and accordingly build marketing & communication plans
Basic Qualifications :
1. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
2. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
5. Proven experience as marketing representative or other sales/customer service role.
6. Experience working with computer programming concepts and basic language
7. Good analytical and problem solving skills
8. Presentation skills to present to management and customers
9. Good ability to work in a team environment with multiple team members
10. Hardworking and go-getter attitude & should be very confident speaking to customers over calls.
