Key Responsibilities Include :

- Develop and execute visually compelling design concepts that align with our marketing goals and brand identity across different platforms.

- Create high-quality graphics for a variety of channels including paid ads, email campaigns, social media posts, website content, offline marketing materials, and mobile app interfaces.

- Collaborate closely with the Category and Product teams to ensure visual content is consistent with brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.

- Conduct thorough research to understand our audience, products, and market trends, and use these insights to craft impactful designs.

- Optimize graphics for various formats and platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of visual content initiatives and make data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design.

Requirements :

Essential :

- Total Work Experience : 2-4 Years.

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a startup, preferably in an e-commerce or app-based product environment.

- Exceptional design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse graphic design projects.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant tools.

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

- Fluent in English and Hindi.

- Ability to work in an unstructured environment and drive influence across hierarchy and functional lines.

- Proficiency in process mapping methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean Six Sigma) and ISO standards.

Preferrable :

- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier college in any discipline.

- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic achievements, extracurricular activities, or professional experience.

- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
