We are seeking a dedicated Operations executive who can handle Operations as well as Sales to work in the following regions Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Vizag, and Maharashtra. He will be responsible for executing the operations strategies and objectives to make sure that the company reaches its target and operates effectively

- Need to communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.

- Need to assist in developing long-term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set.

- Managing the company's commercial operations and various expenses and budgets.

- Keeping a check on the performance of the operations of both vendors and school management.

- Monitoring the condition of the facility and keeping a check on the environmental performance and giving suggestions or approving funds or plans for spending.

- Monitoring every performance metric and they should receive and respond to approvals and notifications regularly.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

- Establish strong working relationships with sales teams and cross-functional partners to achieve objectives.

- Responsible for prospecting, data gathering, benefits comparison, product demonstration, proposal & negotiation, and close sale

- Connecting Clients to the respective departments in case of any obligations.

- Post sales services and proper implementation of the Contract.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :

Any Graduate/Post Graduate

- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. This skill-set can be the

- Identifying problems within the organization and having the capability to evaluate the relevant action required.

- Good communication skills. (verbal and written)

- Comfortable working in a dynamic, and constantly changing environment.

- Effectively handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Good leadership skills as the main focus will be to effectively convince others on business matters.

- Proficient in MS Office

- Quality and regular teaching processes

- Proper attendance tracking procedures

- Mobilization of community and stakeholders

- Proper implementation of programs as scheduled

- Training and assistance to the resources as required

- Proper usage of the asset(digital devices) and their safety

- It shall be a mix of field and documentation work.

- Create effective LEADS and New Channels.

- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

- CREATE MARKETING STRATEGIES AND CAMPAIGNS.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Travelling is a must requirement with Allowance provided by the company.
