Looking for folks from Elearning Domain Preferably / Strong Digital Marketing Organization .

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely publishing

- Create content on brand covering various solutions and product offerings

- Identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics

- Proofread and edit written pieces before publishing

- Schedule social media posts and track engagement on the channels

- Conduct keyword and SEO research to understand customers- needs

- Monitor web traffic and engagement (e.g. conversions and bounce rates)

- Coordinate with the graphic designer to create layouts

- Follow industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics

- Review and optimise published content as needed

- Manage LinkedIn campaigns organic and sponsored content

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Content Manager or similar role

- A portfolio of published articles

- Experience in project management is a plus

- Knowledge of Content Management Systems, like WordPress

- Familiarity with SEO guidelines and keyword research tools

- Experience using social media for business

- Excellent writing and editing skills in English

- Basic understanding of HTML and web publishing preferred

- Time-management skills

- Ability to guide and motivate team members

- Master's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business or similar - preferably an MBA

- 7+ years- experience in an Email Marketing with a B2B company or IT/ITeS firm

- Proven track record of delivering successful, data-driven marketing automation campaigns

- Experience with Salesforce Pardot of Hubspot or similar platforms - preferably Pardot

- Experience in database segmentation, email automation and campaign coordination

- Experience in digital analytics and data analysis - being able to communicate insights

- Hands-on experience in designing and building dashboards and campaign reports

- Strong understanding of content for emails and attention to detail/CTA

- Ability to work in a team and lead the team

- Excellent people and time management skills
