Primary Responsibility :
- Managing the territories and accounts of west region with a segmented approach, including strategy, partner recruitment, sales & collection in close co-ordination with customer service & product teams
- Maintain regular contacts across banking segment to understand segment business drivers and present/future needs of Key Customers
- Ensue account mapping and relationship building activity in key clients
- Establish brand and products with customers
- Follow up with existing prospects and generate new leads directly or via partners
- Manage RFP process where applicable
Key Competencies Required:
- Familiarity with enterprises technology sales of techno-commercial nature in general & familiarity with product sales (H/W, S/W) in specific
- Customer Focus: Gets access to customer info in advance & always acts with customers in mind. Ability to gain respect & access to relevant CXO
- Quality Orientation & Focus on continuous improvement in all activities
- Commitment to exceed goals & results & having bottom line orientation
