About the Job :

- We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition, secure projects, and generate revenue. As a key player in our team, you'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence and fostering long-term client relationships. This is an individual contributor role focusing on B2B sales within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities :

1. New Client Acquisition :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and build a robust pipeline for potential projects.


2. Project Acquisition :

- Develop strategies to secure new projects, focusing on our key industries and target markets.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions for clients.


3. Revenue Generation :

- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.


4. Client Relationship Management :

- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.


5. Market Research and Analysis :

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

- Utilize insights to inform strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.


Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT industry.


- Proven track record of revenue generation and meeting sales targets.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.


- Willingness to travel as needed.
