Job Responsibilities:
- Onboard new B2B clients by meeting various labs and clinics and medical centers in a given area.
- Qualification of clients and onboarding post revenue potential assessment.
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders and achieve the targets.
- Presenting our services and pitching our USP's,value adds to prospective clients.
- Track and meet weekly/monthly sales achievements.
- Database management + Lead Generation + Identification of prospects + Generating New channels of sales + Meeting prospects.
A typical sales cycle would consist of:-
1) Lead generation
2) Lead qualification
3) Prospecting
4) Onboarding
5) Responsible for financial receivables from new client
6) Closure.
Mapping pain areas to future roadmap of Services + Identifying Partners for mass market penetration + New Channel of Business Growth.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Aggression, ability to convince/persuade and objection handling.
- A go-getter and enthusiastic personality.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Optimistic by nature and willing to accept constructive feedback and ability to handle pressure in a highly exciting and fast paced environment.
- Any graduate degree/Master's degree
- 0-1 years of experience in healthcare or any industry
- Fluency in English Hindi
- Good in regional languages
