- Responsible for Craft strategies and handling of all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
- Heading the marketing department.
- Responsible for Regular and On-time update to the management.
- Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Regular market study and frame promotional strategies with strong business analysis.
- Responsible to prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Active participation in the planning process and execution of various alternate marketing and sales concepts with the aim of expansion of the market base.
- Working with the sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
- Responsible to Set, monitor, and report on team goals.
- Building brand awareness, Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
- Need to ensure that brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts in (Offline and Online campaigns).
- Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans.
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features).
- Coordinate with sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
