Responsibilities :
- Responsible for mapping competition, strategic understanding of the market space and customer segments and developing suitable strategies for retaining and growing sales and customer base
- Develop strategies for enhancing customer experience, retaining customers and also win back key customers
- Develop and implement effective Brand Building and Communication strategies for the product lines chosen
- Complete Sales Administration - Recovery, MIS
- Network, interact and align with team on strategies / policies
- New Business Development in assigned domains will be a critical responsibility.
Candidate specifications :
Candidates should have Minimum 13 years of experience in labels or allied industries like inks, cartons, packaging etc handling either Pharma or FMCG accounts independently. Should have team handling experience of atleast 3 years.
for Mumbai based role - past or current pharma experience is mandatory
for Delhi based role - past or current FMCG experience is mandatory
